Minimum two weeks to order, but generally as early as possible to secure your date. Limited spots available. 

Cakes are only available to order for Friday and weekends. 

To secure your booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all orders. The remaining balance must be paid at least one week before the event. It is not necessary to confirm your design upon booking. Final decisions and details must be confirmed at least two weeks before the event for wedding cakes and one week for smaller cake orders.  Any alterations after this period may incur additional fees.

For any fondant work required, ie fondant figurines, a minimum of two weeks notice is required. 

Delivery charges are dependent on location and quoted individually. For wedding cakes, we will require your event coordinator details to arrange a suitable time to bump in. Delivery is compulsory for wedding cakes to ensure that it is safely delivered to the venue. This will also include a service fee. 

For smaller cakes, pick up option is available. Cakes will be packaged well and support structures may also be used in the cake, which will be advised. Cakes ideally should be placed on a flat surface, ie passenger footrest, with the air conditioner on. It is not advised to place the cake on your lap as the heat from your body will melt the bottom of the cake. Refrigerate the cake immediately upon arrival of your destination unless the event is starting in the next hour. 

Once the cake has left the premise, we do not take any responsibility for any damages caused during transportation. 

Cake tasting boxes are offered once every two months upon request. This consists of the top 12 flavours for $60.

Each cake is designed unique to each individuals' liking. Whilst we take inspiration from other cake artists, no two designs are ever the same. Certain elements may be adjusted from the original brief, as we see fit, and we hope that you can trust and believe in our final judgment.

Cake designs are finalised one-two weeks prior to the event, depending on the design. Any changes during this period may incur a fee to cover the reworking of elements and/or loss of work already completed, such as fondant figures or flowers.

All orders cancelled after a non-refundable deposit is paid will incur an administration fee. Dependent on the circumstances, the deposit paid may be used as credit towards a future booking. However, this is discretional and should be discussed as soon as possible.
